Chelow Kebab

Chelow kebab is a traditional Persian dish made with rice, meat (such as beef, lamb, or chicken), onion, salt, pepper, butter, and saffron. To prepare it, the rice is first washed and cooked in boiling water, then drained and steamed until it becomes soft and fluffy. The meat is mixed with grated onion, salt, and pepper, then placed on skewers and grilled until fully cooked. Butter is melted and combined with saffron, and this mixture is poured over the rice. Finally, the rice and kebab are served together while hot.
