Tacos are a traditional Mexican dish consisting of small tortillas made from corn or wheat flour, filled with ingredients such as meat (ground beef, chicken, seafood), cheese, vegetables, and salsa sauce. They are a popular street food, eaten by hand, and come in crispy (hard) or soft-crust varieties.
